How can I track my order?

Yes! You will automatically receive the tracking number in your email after the purchase. You can use this number to track the progress of your package.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. During checkout, you can select your country from the available options.

Please note that any customs fees or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

We understand that mistakes happen! If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Be sure to include your order number and the updated address so we can make the change as quickly as possible.

To help us prioritize your request, please use the subject line "Urgent: Address Update" when contacting us.

If your order has already shipped (you’ll have received a tracking number by email), we unfortunately won’t be able to modify the address or reroute the package. In that case, we recommend contacting your local postal service or courier for assistance.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the product ordered.

Typically, it takes 1–3 business days to prepare your order. After shipping, delivery usually takes an additional 4–7 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders quickly, so if you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 24 hours. After an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

Received the wrong item?

We're sorry you receive the wrong item. Please let us know as quick as possible.

We’ll ship the correct piece as soon as we verify the error.

Something’s missing from the order?

If something is missing from the order please send the order confirmation and tracking numbers (some orders ship separately) to see what was included, and the missing item's name.

We’ll look into it immediately and get your full order delivered to you.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

We’re truly sorry to hear your item arrived damaged, and we’re here to help.
